メリー・ポピンズ Mary Poppins
I am pleased to announce that I will be playing trombone and euphonium in メリー・ポピンズ, the Japanese version of Mary Poppins! メリー・ポピンズ is playing at the Tokyu Orb Theatre in Shibuya, Tokyo. I am happy to be playing another show in this amazing venue. Last summer, I was at this theatre for about a month with Blast! The Music of Disney. On a personal note, playing this show is very special to me. Mary Poppins was my favorite movie when I was little, and I used to sing along to all of the songs. When I told my mom I would be playing in this show she said, "Take a picture with Mary Poppins!", haha. So it has been great to be a part of this show and hear all of my favorite childhood songs sung in Japanese!
